First Things First

We are real people who own and operate K&M Crew, working with human hands and human brains. We truly want to do everything within our power to make shopping with us easy! Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Every order is packed with care.

When will my items be shipped?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to us in Wyoming, you’ll get it faster than if you live in South Carolina. The USPS quote 2-8 business days for shipping. We do our best to ship all orders within 2-4 business days of the purchase date.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Personalized or custom orders take 3-4 days to create and deliver because they are made to order.

You will receive an email letting you know when your items have shipped along with package tracking information (check your spam or promotions folder).

We ship Monday – Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.

After your order leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for the timing in which it arrives.

Your order may experience delays due to the high volume of orders during promotional events, holidays, or bad weather.

Some of our handmade items can take longer if we are currently waiting for the product to be restocked. Just know that as soon as we get it, we will be sending it your way as quickly as possible. 

Where are my items shipping from?

All items will be shipped from the United State.

How will my items be shipped?

Items are shipped out by the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep that in mind when entering your shipping information.

How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will vary for each package. The shipping rate will be determined by the collective weight of the items in each package.

Do you ship internationally?

We do NOT currently ship outside the United States but contact us at support@kmcrew.com if you are interested in receiving products outside the United States. Who knows, maybe your order will be the 1st!

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double or triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit.

What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?

Any packages returned to the seller that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.

Why isn’t my order going through?

First, make sure that all the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered during checkout does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.

Be sure to use an up-to-date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.
